Running of the BULLS!!! Mahi Catch Clean Cook

In this episode we head offshore of Islamorada for the first day of our swordfish camp. On the way out we run into some nice mahi including a big bull! While we are swordfishing we catch another nice bull too! Unfortunately we lost our one swordfish this trip and then had to postpone the next two days due to weather, but we had plenty of fish for everyone to have a few meals. I also mix in a few other charters where we catch swordfish and more mahi! Back at home we bake some mahi for an afternoon snack and the girls love it!
