Tiny House Homeless Community | Communal Living Sims 4 Speed Build

I’m back with another Sims 4 communal living build. Since you all were loving the last one & wanted to see more shared living builds, I’m doing another. This time I’m making something I haven’t seen anyone else build in the sims, & that’s a homeless community. My inspiration for this came from the tiny home villages some towns have been making as transitional housing for housing insecure individuals. Plus with The Sims 4 For Rent coming out soon, this is the perfect time to bring this free rental concept into the sims. So we’re on the (50x40) Vacuous Green lot in Del Sol Valley. Which seemed like a great spot to build our homeless community because this lot just screams bulldozed condemned homes that have been acquired & rezoned by the city. This free rental community has pretty much everything your sims may need while they’re trying to secure more permanent housing. Everyone gets a shipping container tiny home to stay in, there’s a rec building, skill building center, garden, therapy, it’s got it all. This is such a unique Sims build that I haven’t seen in the game before. So I hope this helps fill that void for you all looking for more builds for your nontraditional households in the sims.
