ISR Tour Before Huge Wasteful Costly Project University of Illinois

After using bathroom in ISR, I noticed that it had recently undergone an expensive, pointless remodel and decided to document the change. Unfortunately, narration is missing at the beginning becuase of an intermittent audio problem with the camera, which I purchased at the K-Mart store in Price, UT during June of 2015. The entire facility shown in the video was recently torn down for a pointless multi-million dollar upgrade. This video is a tour of the public areas of Illinois Street Residence Hall. When I lived here, most people spoke English. That no longer seemed to be the case. Odd, since this is a land grant state university in the middle of the country. It's pretty amusing that Kwame Raoul tried to misrepresent this video as evidence of rampant racism or whatever.
