How to Write a Nursing SBAR

Something that used to intimidate me as a new nurse was giving and receiving report. Through trial and error I got better and I learned tricks of my own to make it easier, even creating my own version of an SBAR. Don't be afraid to ask the nurse giving you report to slow down.
