The battle rages on Earth, but Living Lightning plays against the original Grandmaster in a game of wits. Not only has be placed his life on the line, but the fate of 7 billion people and the Earth itself hangs in the balance. While No Surrender didn't hold my interest in the beginning, and it has been a lot less exciting with the Hulk going MIA, this does serve as a solid, if not heavy handed at times, conclusion to the No Surrender storyline. While this isn't the official end, with the aftermath coming in Avengers #690 next week, the story has pretty much finished up for the most part. iRate Reviews is the show where I go over specific comic books from my pickup that deserve to be talked about and review them in a little bit more depth. This doesn't mean that they are always good though. Some comics are lessons in what NOT to do.
