Police: Queensbury hit-and-run driver was drunk

CLIFTON PARK -- State Police say a Queensbury woman is now facing charges after she allegedly drove drunk, hit another car, then drove off. Authorities say a driver told them his vehicle was rear-ended while stopped in traffic in Clifton Park. Witnesses were able to give investigators a description of the car, and from there, they say they found Suzanne Norton's disabled vehicle nearby. Police say Norton's blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit at the time. She is now facing multiple charges, including DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and other traffic charges.
