Be sure to pick at least 720p for best sound quality. Chomsky begins speaking at 10:00 minutes into the recording. Noam Chomsky gave this talk on December 10th, 1993, on the broad subject of US foreign policy, and what the recently elected Bill Clinton's administration was up to. An edited version of this talk was released as a compact disc, entitled "The Clinton Vision" The source video only had sound on one side. Fixed that. I gave it a de-noising to remove a persistent hiss/hum, EQed it to balance out the sound, and went through it second by second to mute or reduce various audio flubs. Turned out really well. For the video, I did some color correction and increased the contrast a touch. Chomsky appeared on television the same day to take questions (q.v.).
