A lovely afternoon out with the LITTLE GREBE Family - 13th November

I joined the three Little "Greblets" in the midst of their afternoon siesta on a cool pleasant afternoon. On this occasion, I was alone with this Little Grebe Family. The peace at the pond was overwhelmingly calming. I watched the three greblets lazing on their comfy bed, with Mum providing security & warmth, & Dad bringing back yummy food regularly. A perfect picture of contentment. I thought to myself, they have all they need, it couldn't get any better than this.
