It is expected that government may soon announce hike in dearness allowance and dearness relief by 4% and on the other side central government employees and pensioners may witness revision of pay & pension by new Policy instead of 8th Pay Commission. Media reports are publishing about 8th Pay Commission wherein, it has been mentioned that Pay, allowances and pension may be set for revision on the basis of Cost of Living, rating and performance of the employees and pensioners. As of now there nothing is in consideration in government but there is planning to set new formula instead of 8th Pay Commission to revise Salary and pension.
