Also add tomato, salt, paprika powder, hot sauce and crushed ginger garlic cook well. Also add boiled chickpea. Dissolved corn flour in ½ cup of water mix in chickpea and cook till it thicken. After that, keep place in center add egg and cover. Egg will cook in steam. Garnish with parsley and green coriander, serve with bread. Hary Lehsan kay Aalu: Ingredients: Potatoes 750 gm Green Garlic 1 bunch Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp Turmeric ¼ tsp Tomatoes (boiled) 3-4 White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Green Chilies 2-3 Oil ½ cup Button Red Chilies 3-4 Salt as required Method: Boiled the potatoes .now heat oil and white cumin and whole red chili crushed and add .then boil and grinded tomatoes ,salt ,salt ,red chili powder and turmeric add and roast .now potatoes mix and roast then add half cup of water and leave on dum .finally add green chili and garlic then further 5 minutes leave on dum and remove then serve hot . Attay Aur Gur Ka Halwa: Ingredients: Whole flour 1 cup Jaggery 1 cup Semolina 2 tbsp Clarified butter 1 cup Cardamom powder 2 pinches Mix nuts as required Water as required Method: Heat clarified butter add semolina and roast well. Also add whole flour cook well. Add jaggery with 1-1/2 cup of water and cardamom powder. When done add mix nuts, serve.
