RASHTRAPATI BHAVAN DELHI AMRIT UDYAN2023 Online Booking Free Tickets Full Process #rastrapatibhawan AMRIT UDYAN Spread over a vast expanse of 15 acres, Amrit Udyan has often been portrayed, and deservedly so, as the soul of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. 1- CENTRAL LAWN 2- SUMMER ANNUALS 3- CIRCULAR GARDEN 4- EAST LAWN Amrit Udyan will open for public during this season for the first time, to showcase the blossom of summer annuals. Public visitation will begin on August 16th until September 17th 2023. Spread over a vast expanse of 15 acres, Amrit Udyan has often been portrayed, and deservedly so, as the soul of the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Originally, it included East Lawn, Central Lawn, Long Garden and Circular Garden. During the term of former Presidents Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Shri Ram Nath Kovind, more gardens were developed, namely, Herbal-I, Herbal-II, Tactile Garden, Bonsai Garden and Arogya Vanam. In this edition, visitors will also have access to the vibrant Bal Vatika and a Spiritual Garden. Besides the Gardens, visitors can also see various exhibits of the flora and fauna present in and around Rashtrapati Bhavan. Visitors can also choose from the wide varieties of refreshments available at the Food Court on payment basis. Visitors can visit the gardens from 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs (last entry 1600 hrs). Entry will be from Gate No. 35 of the Rashtrapati Bhavan, near North Avenue. On September 5, it will be exclusively open for Teachers to mark the Teachers’ Day. The Gardens will remain closed on all Mondays for maintenance. Online Booking for Udhyan Utsav-II, 2023: Information & Instructions OPENING DAYS & TIMINGS 1. Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan will remain open for the general public from 16th August to 17th September 2023. 2. The Gardens will be open to visitors from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry will be at 4:00 PM). 3. The Gardens will remain closed on Mondays. 4. On September 5, it will be exclusively open for Teachers to mark the Teachers’ Day. ENTRY FEE & CHARGES Booking of slots and entry to the Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan during Udhyan Utsav is free of cost. BOOKING MECHANISM 1. Entry can be through Online Booking as well as through direct “walk-in”. Online Bookings Online Booking can be done through following means: Visit Rashtrapati Bhavan website (https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/) Walk-in visitors “Walk-in” visitors must get themselves registered at the Registration/Information centre or Self Service Kiosks before entering placed outside Gate no. 35. 2. Online Booking slots shall open 10 days in advance of the date of visit. For example, bookings for 21st August, 2023 will open on 11st August, 2023 and so on. 3. Online bookings can be done on an hourly slot basis. 4. A mobile number is mandatory to make online bookings. Only one booking is permitted from one mobile number. 5. Reservations for a maximum of 30 visitors can be made in a single booking. ENTRY 1. Entry to the Gardens will be through Gate No. 35 of the Rashtrapati Bhavan on North Avenue Road. 2. Visitors with online bookings are requested to carry their digital visitor pass on their mobile phone and minimize the use of paper. 3. Visitors are required to arrive at the entry gate as per the time slot booked by them. 4. Visitors must carry their visitor pass along with a government ID proof. ALLOWED/ RESTRICTED ITEMS 1. Mobile phones are allowed during the visit to the Gardens. 2. Visitors are allowed to carry wallets, purses, hand-bags, water and milk bottles for babies and umbrellas. 3. Eatables / Paan/ Gutka/ Cigarettes/ Backpacks/ Cameras/ Video Cameras are not allowed inside the Gardens. 4. Carrying arms and ammunition is strictly prohibited. 5.
