Stopping over 400,000 drivers last year at sobriety checkpoints and saturation patrols in the multi-state area of Delaware, The District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Using checkpoints and patrols when and where drunk driving is most likely to occur.
