Pittsburgh Opera: Animated Arias - "Brindisi" 2026

This video is part of Pittsburgh Opera's collaboration with the Cinema Arts Department of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts. As part of their spring 2026 Community Animation Project, taught by Assistant Professor David Morrison of the Cinema Arts Department, Point Park students selected portions of well-known operas, then designed, created, and refined unique animated video shorts to bring the music to life in new, exciting ways. This video was set to a rendition of "Libiamo ne' lieti calici", a famous duet with chorus from Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata", sung by Pittsburgh Opera Resident Artists Emily Richter and Daniel O'Hearn. The video was created by Jillian Blake, Jacob Elm, and Lucas Richards.
