Press the button in the room, letting the guys from the gated chamber out. Kill them. Enter into the gated room, grab ammo, and watch a cutscene. Kill two guys on the dock, grab a Painkiller on the crate, nail another guy on the lower deck and four guys on the upper deck (including the cabin). Answer the phone in the cabin and talk to Punchinello, grab meds, and head downstairs. As you descend down the stairs, watch for grenades, and a total of five guys. The inside the cabin, get ready for a wild fight with Boris Dime, Vladimir's arch enemy, and his thugs. A total of five guys. In the back room is an obscene amount of ammo. Have a party.
