Active shooter situation Beaver UT 9/13/21

Active shooter lead police on a chase on I-15 firing multiple shots at officers. No injured law enforcement reported. This video is the aftermath maybe 1 hour after it happened. Now here is what I want to know. If there is an active shooter, at large, why are all you drivers parking in the area?! HoS or not, IM NOT FUCKING STAYING THERE! We had no reasonable heads up that was the situation. All we knew was I15 was shit down and a detour was in place. Ok..:: if I had known there was an active shooter I would I pulled the brakes in Parawon. To make matters worse, just east of that location on SR-20, there was a semi that thought it was a great idea to hammer down on twisty mountain roads. Well, that driver did not make the 25 MPH curve at the bottom of the hill. Whoops.
