Himachal police registers case against Larji Dam authorities

After several students from Hyderabad who were playing in the River Beas in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh were washed away by a sudden current about 4 days ago, it came to light that the dam Larji just upriver from them had opened up the floodgates for about half a minute.
