D.I.Y Ice cream birthday 🎂 £20. UK

Hello everyone, So recently was Megan's cake (my little one) and as a tradition I always make my kids birthday cakes, it is something I enjoy doing (despite the time it takes me!) and I just love seeing their excited faces in the morning when I reveal their cakes. This cake was not as enviromentally friendly as I wanted it to be but tried to do a saving here and there. Sometimes we just need to learn to compromise and do the best we can right? I know that despite this cake being considered 'affordable' to some (when comparing with professionals) is still quite a luxury and expensive treat to have (when you consider how much food you can get for this price!!). I could have totally gone to Costco to get a cheaper cake but it just wouldn't have been the same (to me). In the end what matters is that we are with our loved ones (cake or no cake) then anything else is a plus ;). Hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed making it.
