Audition call out Jumpers for Goalposts

Meta4 Dance Company is seeking 4 North East-based professional contemporary dancers to create their group work ‘Jumpers for Goalposts’. We are looking for disabled and non-disabled dancers to join the company for two weeks of creation, 5 workshops and 5 performances. The piece will work collaboratively with local artists, including costume designer Daisy FitzPatrick, dramaturg Joe Hufton and a local musician. “Jumpers for Goalposts” is a new family dance piece for 9-12-year-olds which follows a football team as they test and build relationships, confidence, and teamwork while having a kick about. Dance artists must be North East based and have a prior interest in sports.
