Oakland Cat Shootings Prompt $10,000 Reward From Nonprofit Group

One cat is dead and three are wounded after someone shot them with a pellet gun. A nonprofit group is offering a $10,000 reward to help catch the serial cat shooter. Joe Vasquez reports. (4-9-2019)
