This is a fun and intense cardio workout on the mini trampoline, 5000 steps in 30 minutes. This is a no repeat rebounder cardio workout. We will be moving the entire 30 minutes, getting our heart rate up and keeping it there the entire time. As always, I give you modification and show you how to level up this workout. WOW! The rebounder has so many benefits, including supporting your lymphatic system which involves flushing out toxins, helps prevent osteoporosis, pumps up bone density, boosts your mood, better posture, body alignment, strong core, etc. Seriously, the list goes on an on. I love to call this workout the HAPPY cardio. You will feel energized afterwards. You can purchase a mini trampoline for less than $50.
