Ingredients 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup powdered sugar - I like the icing to be thick, if you want it thin, use 1/4 c of powdered sugar 1 tbsp milk (for icing) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for icing) Directions Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan to prevent sticking and ensure an even bake. Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently press it onto the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a large rectangle or circle, depending on your preference. Pinch the seams of the dough together to form a smooth, cohesive crust. If you watched the video, my crescent dough sheet exploded when I opened it so I had to pinch it back together! Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough, making sure every inch is covered. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over the buttered dough, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Bake the Pizza: Place the dough in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown and crispy around the edges. Make the Icing: While your cinnamon-sugar pizza is baking, prepare the icing by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Keep whisking until the icing is smooth and creamy. Drizzle and Serve: Once the cinnamon-sugar pizza is out of the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes before drizzling the icing over the top in zigzag patterns or swirl designs—whatever looks most appetizing to you!
