Corker: Lack of Security in Benghazi Left U.S. Personnel out on a Tether

During a Foreign Relations hearing to examine the deadly terrorist attack at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, Senator Corker questioned why State Department resources were not reallocated to better secure the facility when U.S. personnel warned of increasing threats prior to the attack. An accountability review board report identified "systemic failures" at the State Department that led to the lack of security in Benghazi.
