BEEF BOTI BURGER RECIPE!!! MUST TRY!

Hi friends, I am back with another delicious recipe. Today we have a mouth watering beef boti burger! In other words, we can call it a shredded/pulled beef burger. You have to try this, it's honestly really tasty! Down below I have made an ingredient list followed by step by step instructions! Let me know how you guys like it!! It is the BEST you'll ever have!    • Video   Ingredient List 2-3 pounds beef 2 tbsp salt 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1-2 cups oil 2 chopped onions 1 Onion for toppings however you like it 1-2 tbsp Coriander powder 2-3 tbsp Red chili powder 1-2 tbsp Cumin powder 1/2 cup Water Green chutney Tamarind chutney Mayo 7 Burger buns Step by Step Instructions (Serves 7) Step 1: Boil the meat (80%) with water, 1 tbsp salt, 1.5 tsp corainder powder for 30 mins in a pressure cooker or regular pot for atleast 40 minutes. Step 2: While waiting for the meat, start making the sauce by frying onions in oil until light golden then add ginger garlis paste. Next add coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. After 2-3 minutes add 1/2 cup of water to make it a paste followed by 2 tbsps of yogurt, while letting it cook for 3 minutes. Step 3: Add the meat and let cook for 5-7 minutes to let the meat absorb the paste Step 4: Toast each side of the burger buns in a pan with a little bit of oil/butter with the beef beside it. Step 5: Add whatever toppings you like, we used onions, green chutney, mayo, and tamarind sauce. Once the burger is put together, fry the edges of the bun to give it a slightly crispy and fried taste which will act like a seal to everything inside it.
