My personal presentation to the fine folks of Marie Callender's who make their chicken pot pie. I know it can seem to be a thankless job working behind the scenes, but I for one am taking time to say thanks. I know the work it takes to steam clean those huge stainless steel pots and pans, to mop those floors, to sanitize the equipment. The safe handling of the ingredients that go into the recipe. It's appreciated by those who don't cook for whatever reasons, but want something that reminds them of something long ago, when times were simpler...and safer.
