CCM Li'l Penguin Lost No Joystick Allowed

M13 and I collect the star Li'l Penguin Lost in Cool, Cool Mountain without using the joystick. This is TAS. Big thanks to M13 (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeAA..., who TASed the first half of this star (from beginning to the first tree grab).
