Nehru Setu/ Sone Bridge: It’s the only Tripple Line Electrified Railway Bridge in India, across the Son River on Howrah New Delhi Grand Chord Section of East Central Railway Zone connecting Dehri-on-Son and Son Nagar Junction of Bihar. The total length of the bridge is 3,059 meters. It was opened for traffic on 27 February 1900. When it was built, it was the longest bridge in India and was believed to be the second longest bridge in the world.
