In this video, I showcase all 61 battle ruins found in Donkey Kong Bananza in cinematic 4K — completed without taking any damage and mostly without using Bananza transformations - some ruins require you to transform in order to enter them. All gameplay was recorded and edited by me. Players control Donkey Kong and a young Pauline as they venture underground to recover stolen banana-shaped diamonds from villainous apes. The game features sandbox-style exploration, objective completion, enemy battles, and collectible hunting, reminiscent of Super Mario Odyssey but with a unique twist: highly destructible environments that players can manipulate to discover hidden paths and items. This marks Nintendo EPD’s first internally developed Donkey Kong game since Jungle Beat (2004), using advanced voxel technology to create large, destructible worlds emphasizing Donkey Kong’s strength. The soundtrack blends rearranged classic tunes by David Wise and Grant Kirkhope with new compositions. Scheduled for release on July 17, 2025, Bananza is the first original Donkey Kong title since Tropical Freeze (2014) and the first 3D platformer since Donkey Kong 64 (1999). #donkeykongbananza #switch2 #gaming #donkeykong #nintendo
