This leg workout will challenge your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. Maintaining a strong lower body is crucial for overall healthy and mobility, as it provides stability, prevents injuries, improves balance, and makes daily movements like walking and climbing stairs easier. The lower body acts as a strong foundation for the entire body, and considering how much we all sit down these days, it is even more important to keep it healthy. All you’ll need for it is a resistance band and I suggest using a heavy one to really stress the muscles so that they build back stronger and healthier. We only do each exercise once so make it count each time - challenge yourself.
