Dancing Maya move with Arms and Mudras

Dancing Maya move with Arms and Mudras

Learn the classic Maya move, also known as vertical figure 8 or Reverse Taxeem in FCBD style (ATS), combined with arm movements and beautiful Mudras. A mudra is a symbolic or ritual gesture performed by the hands, often used in practicing Hinduism and Buddhism; it is a spiritual gesture that acts as an “energetic seal of authenticity”. Most mudras are performed with the hands and fingers often in combination with movements of the wrists, elbows, and shoulders. This is a beautiful combination created by Elizabeth Medina through her own dance style called IndOriental®.
