Right then - Here we have a quick tutorial on BICEP CABLE CURLS. Great movement for really targeting the bicep in isolation ... Using the cable helps to change up the style of tension we are using, more so at the top of the movement where a normal Barbell is just pushing straight down for example. With the cable (depending on where you stand) you can really created more work at the FULLY CONTRACTED position at the top . Note: You cannot actually FULL contract you bicep all the way to it's shortest position in this movement, for that you would need to pick an exercise that raises your elbow over your had and finishes with your hand behind you head....
