Modern Family Colonial | The Sims 4 Speed Build |

A little home in a college town, probably really expensive A three bedroom, four bathroom house in the middle of Britechester. This house has enough room for up to two adults, two teenagers/children, and two toddlers. This house is built in a colonial style with modern elements and a color scheme of black, white and accents of pink throughout the house.
