Is Teofimo Lopez Regretting His Decision To Sign With Triller? 🤷 Tyson Fury Looks Huge 😱

Is Teofimo Lopez regretting his decision to sign with Triller? I'm pretty sure he is at this point. Especially with all the drama and cancelled fight dates that's happened since the fight was announced versus Kambosos. Teofimo wanted to be paid more money for his next fight after beating Lomachenko in a unanimous decision victory back in October of 2020. Teofimo is the current unified lightweight world champion, having held the IBF title since 2019, and the WBA (Super), WBO, and The Ring magazine titles since defeating Vasyl Lomachenko in 2020. Lopez was scheduled to fight his mandatory George Kambosos on June 5th but the fight got rescheduled. Then he was supposed to fight on June 19th, then August 14th and now we hear the fight is supposed to happen somewhere in October. When this fight went to a purse bid and Triller won. Teofimo was excited! He felt that Bob Arum, his promoter, didn't want to pay him what he was worth. So he tried the purse bid route. I guess it's safe to say this has been a nightmare for him. Triller won the Lopez vs Kambosos purse bid for $6 million dollars back in February and Teofimo felt vindicated. He was excited to finally get paid what he felt like he was worth. He even went on Twitter to celebrate his gambit so to speak and while praising Triller at the same time. It appeared to be a match made in heaven. But now what appeared to be a great business move has turned into a nightmare for both Lopez and Kambosos. George Kambosos' legal counsel sent a letter to the IBF on Tuesday requesting that the organization find Triller in default of its obligation to honor signed contracts to deliver the lightweight title fight with Teofimo Lopez on Oct. 4 at New York's Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. Teofimo is on Twitter telling his fans Kambosos don't want to sign the contract for yet another postponed rescheduled fight date. And guess what guys. No one even knows if Triller has proof of funds for this fight. Teofimo has since signed an extension with Bob Arum a few months back, the promoter he had a problem with about pay. I guess Teofimo has come to his senses and realized the grass wasn't greener on the other side of town. Now what's next for Teofimo? After this fight with Kambosos, will Teo go the purse bid route again if he doesn't get the money he wants? Or will he play the game and do what his promoter tells him what to do? This Triller fiasco has been nothing short of a nightmare for Kambosos and Teo at this point. And it seems that Triller doesn't have any idea what they're doing when it comes to Teo & Kambosos actually getting in the ring and fighting each other. So tell me...
