Simple movements will create drastic changes in your body when done consistently. You don’t need weights to see progressive changes, just move. I broke all the movements down to just 10 seconds each for a total of 60 seconds. Start with 5 rounds and build up to 10 for a very simple but effective workout. SB: I was super sad this day because we just put my dog down and I cried the entire session. I left my sadness right there in that park bc I’ve been fortunate to have loved the funniest dog on the planet. The reason I’m sharing about that experience is because sometimes we don’t want to move and staying down feels like the right decision. I cried because it’s a natural consequence of anguish and pain however I decided to REDIRECT my energy towards something productive and positive. MOVE!
