Base Game Starter Cliff Home | Under 20k | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a pretty cute and small modern starter house that I built using only The Sims 4 Base Game and no packs. It's an overhang cliff house, hanging over a little lake on a 20x30 lot in Newcrest. It has just one bedroom and bathroom, but fits 2 sims and is pretty spacious on the inside. Since it's a starter home it costs less than 20 thousand simoleons and you can move into it straight away when you've made a new sim!
