Ingredients: 48 Ritz crackers, 180g Box ½ cup smooth peanut butter 10 oz chocolate melting wafers 1-2 Tbsp Christmas sprinkles Instructions: 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the top of a Ritz cracker. 3. Place another Ritz on top of the peanut butter, creating a sandwich. 4. Put it on the baking sheet, repeat with all the crackers until you have about 24. 5. Place chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl, heat at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is completely melted. 6. Dip each Ritz sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. 7.
