Mass Effect Longplay Walkthrough - Mass Effect Legendary Edition [4K] (No Commentary) PART 1

Part 1 of my Mass Effect playthrough on the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Includes all main missions, a select set of side missions, and other general gameplay like uncharted worlds, mining, and hidden objectives. Played on the Xbox Series X. Mass Effect, and other RPG titles like it, are quite long even when played in a non-completionist playthrough. I purposefully didn't do many of the side missions and stuff to try and give the main content and the segment I really enjoyed myself. And it still went to 16 hours...too long for a single upload by four hours! As such, this is my first two part video. It's not what I like to do, but there's a 12 hours limit on Youtube, so I simply split the video in half. In terms of the game, it's awesome. The graphical upgrades are simply beautiful and the minor upgrades to combat, leveling, etc. show a dedication to maintaining the original game. That said, the game is showing it's age as the combat is quite simple and a little bit clunky as it was Bioware's first attempt at joining RPGs and shooter genre. The shooting mechanics weren't changed too much by EA to ensure that OG feel...but honestly I would've been fine with an attempt to bring that clean ME2 and ME3 combat feel to ME1, but alas...it's still an awesome remaster. The lighting is the main upgrade and textures. The lighting is original is infamous for essentially missing lighting elements in most of the game's main cutscenes because the systems at the time simply couldn't handle the tech. Now, you can actually see characters properly!
