This is an area of concern for many women, but you can definitely do something about it. The first 10 minutes of the workout are dedicated to the inner thighs only. The last 5 minutes are dedicated to the outer thighs. If you do not want to train this section, stop the workout after 10 minutes. However, you must also train your outer thighs. Don't make them do hip dips either. First, "I'm sorry about that last exercise I did!" Let me say this. When I tried that workout, I was like, "Okay, it's hard, but I'll take it."
