The dish consists of a deep fried potato patties /dumpling placed inside a pav / bread bun sliced almost in half through the middle. It is generally accompanied with one or more chutneys and a green chilli pepper. . Pav. This recipe has 2 main ingredients – the vada, the dry garlic coconut chutney, you can also make the green chutney and the sweet tamarind chutney. You can skip these green and sweet chutney if you have no time like me🤣 but I highly recommend not skipping the garlic chutney.
