Keep in mind, things here are much more expensive than they are in smaller towns like Rhodes and Valentine. Try to avoid purchasing things here and wracking up a bounty if you can help it. When Chapter 4 starts, new Horses will be available to purchase at the stables in Saint-Denis and Scarlett Meadows.
