NO SQUATS/NO LUNGES! 30 Min Full Body Kettlebell Knee Friendly workout with a warm up included at the start. No repeats workout. You can use both/either dumbbells or kettlebells in this workout. This workout is suitable for ALL, it will challenge balance, stability and strength! 💪🏼 I recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you.
