Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool. 2️⃣ Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, sour cream, heavy cream, and strawberry purée. Mix well. 3️⃣ Add the eggs one at a time, then sift in the cornstarch. Mix until creamy and smooth. 4️⃣ Pour the filling over the crust.
