Troubleshooting the water flow sensor of a tankless water heater.
This time the water heater wasn't sparking and the gas solenoid valve wasn't opening. Thinking it was the batteries, they were replaced, but the problem persisted. It was discovered that the flow sensor was stuck and not activating the ignition circuit.
