Salt a pinch 2) For Masala Paste - 1:16 (Grind all the below ingredients without adding water into smooth paste) . Tomato 3 medium sized . Garlic cloves 20 to 25 . Ginger 2 inch . Green Chillies 3-4 . Coriander Leaves 3) For Anda MasalaTadaka - 2:28 (Use the same kadhai in which we fried eggs) . Oil 1 tbsp . Whole Spices Like . Cinnamon Sticks 2 . Black pepper corns 5-6 . Cloves 5-6 . Cardamom pods 3 . Onion 2 medium sized . turmeric powder 1 tsp . Red Chilli Powder . Garam Masala 1 tsp . Chaat Masala 1 tsp . Dry Fenugreek Leaves half tsp . Butter 1 tbsp .
