the silkiest, cheesiest mac & cheese ever… unreal 😭🤍 recipe: pasta: • 1 lb pasta (454g) cheese: • 1 lb mozzarella (454g / 4 cups) • 1 lb colby jack (454g / 4 cups) • ½ lb sharp cheddar (226g / 2 cups) seasoning: • 1 tsp chicken bouillon • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika roux: • 3 tbsp butter (42g) • 3 tbsp flour (24g) liquids: • 1 can evaporated milk (16 oz / 473ml) • 2 cups heavy cream (480ml) • 1 tbsp dijon mustard (10–12g) instructions: cook pasta + set aside. melt butter whisk in flour to make a roux. slowly add evaporated milk + heavy cream until smooth. whisk in bouillon, garlic, paprika + dijon. turn off heat add all the cheese (save some for topping). stir until silky + creamy. fold in pasta. top with extra cheese + broil for 2–3 mins to get it golden + bubbly 😭🧀🔥 🤍 save this mac & cheese recipe!
