Easy Chocolate Fudgy Brownies Recipe

🧾 Ingredients (8–10 pieces) • Unsalted butter – 100 g • Dark chocolate – 100 g (chopped) • Sugar – 1 cup (200 g) • Eggs – 2 large • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon • All-purpose flour – ½ cup + 2 tablespoons (75 g) • Cocoa powder – ¼ cup (30 g) • Salt – a pinch Optional: • Chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) – 50 g • Chocolate chips – 50 g 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. 2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together on low heat. 3. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix well. 4. Add eggs one by one and whisk gently. 5. Add vanilla extract. 6. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt. 7. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture. Mix lightly. 8. Add nuts or chocolate chips if using. 9. Pour the batter into a lined baking tin. 10. Bake for 20–25 minutes. 11.
