DAY 28 – HARD THINGS | AFTER THE VICTORY Day 28 wasn’t about medals or finish lines. It was about what you do the day after you win. Yesterday was a 10K. Today was recovery, reflection, and restraint. Easy cycling. Intentional recovery. Listening to my body instead of forcing it. This journey isn’t about hype — it’s about sustainability. Learning when to push, and when to protect the progress you’ve earned. I’m still healing tendons. Still rebuilding. Still showing up. HardThings doesn’t stop after race day. That’s where it actually begins. We’re now setting the foundation for the next goal: The Half Marathon. Same discipline. Smarter structure. Stronger faith. Thankful to God for the strength, clarity, and peace that carried me through the race — and now teaches me patience in recovery. Grateful for my family, my body, and the process. One day at a time. One rep at a time. One decision at a time. This is HardThings. #HardThings #FaithAndFitness #DisciplineOverMotivation #EnduranceMindset #HybridAthlete #TrustTheProcess #MentalStrength #ChristianAthlete #DailyDiscipline #PurposeDriven
