Roll-Over Crash Caught on Camera

Roll over accident (and secondary minor accident) caught on Dashcam. Time codes of key moments below. A single vehicle roll-over accident happened when a driver lost control, went over a curb, flipping over which took out a light pole. 911 was called and the driver climbed out on his own, refusing medical attention at the scene. Driver claimed someone cut him off and he had to swerve to avoid them. A secondary minor accident also occurred shorty after as a truck changing lanes collided with car. I gave the driver of the black sedan and the roll-over driver the video for their insurance. The white truck drove off (after getting a police report) but before I was able to get their information.
