POPEYES GHOST PEPPER WINGS: What They Don't Want You To Know...I'll be honest, I like it hot, but I was not prepared for this Ghost Pepper Wings Recipe. Popeyes Ghost Pepper Wings Are not bad, but I just knew we could shed some light on how to make these the RIGHT way. With a little TLC and the punch from our Ghost Pepper Wing Dust, these wings are guaranteed to deliver the flavor and bring the pain. Popeyes Fried chicken got close, but they could still learn a thing or two from old Kosmo. The Recipe is down below! Put this together for your next wing cook, or even use this with a few tweaks for frying chicken at home! Ingredients: Dredge #1: -Kosmos Q Ghost Pepper Wing Dust Dredge #2: -12oz Club Soda -3 Eggs -1TBSP Kosmos Q SPG Seasoning -1 cup Flour Dredge #3: -3 Cups Flour -1 TBSP Kosmos Q SPG Seasoning -½ TSP Thyme -½ TSP Ginger -1 TSP White Pepper -1 TSP Black Pepper -½ TBSP Onion Powder -1 TSP Garlic Powder -1 TBSP Paprika -8 lbs of Chicken Wing Sections -Blue Cheese (we like the fancy stuff in the salad section…) Recipe: Step 1 - Get your frier set up and set the temperature to allow your oil to heat up during the prep time. Step 2 - Prepare all three dredges in three separate bowls. Step 3 - Generously dredge each chicken wing in all three dredges and set them aside. (make sure to carefully shake off the excess wet dredge as you work) Step 4 - Carefully drop your wings in the grease and allow them to reach at least 165 Degrees F internal temperature. (using an instant-read digital thermometer is a must here) Step 5 - Place the finished wings in a pan and eat them while they’re hot!
