Today we cook a Ribeye and a New York Strip! This technique can be used on a gas grill as well as a charcoal grill. We prefer charcoal because of the flavor and we typically use all natural lump charcoal. We tried to do this video on a piece of Prime ribeye and a Filet mignon. But with all the chaos in the world right now and the covid stuff, these were literally the only steaks we could find after going to three stores. We hope you enjoy the video!
