** new upload of this award winning series of spots at higher UHD resolution ** Lars was the 'Head Of 3D / VFX Supervisor' in this series of four television commercials for Coca Cola 'Coke-Zero'. VFX by Againstallodds, Sweden The Final delivery in HD to meet the global, possible 'to-cinema' demands. Brain is the fourth spot in the series of commercials. Lars managed and supervised a team of eight (character animators, modelers, IT lead, generalists and lighting-TD). He established effective strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, delivering each spot to client satisfaction under very tight deadlines. He ensured effective communication between senior management, producers, 3D-CG and VFX personnel. Created and managed an effective CG/VFX Pipeline for the production. Lars determined creative, logistical and technical solutions throughout the production pipeline (pre-production and production stages). He also enjoyed hands-on senior-generalist tasks on a needs-be basis throughout the production. During the R&D and Pre-production stage, Lars was involved with Character development, including several 'hands-on' tests on the 'brain' and 'eyeball'.
